RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This gives you enough time to receive your item, review it properly, and decide if it meets your expectations. If you wish to return an item after this period, please contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not qualify for a refund.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps. Once approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your return.
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days. This inspection ensures that the item meets our return eligibility requirements. You will be notified once your return has been received and reviewed.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method used during checkout. We will also send a confirmation once the refund has been completed on our end.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account. In most cases, this can take between 5–10 business days depending on your provider. We recommend contacting your bank if you experience any unexpected delays.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you quickly. We will work to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund as soon as possible.
